Natasa Savvidou was born in Thessaloniki in 1989. She is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sport of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Swimming.
She is a certified swimming and marine lifeguard from 2008 to today and has collaborated with recognized hotel businesses.
She is also a judge of bathing and bathing techniques and a basic life support (BLS / AED) trainer at the EHEAA.
At the same time, she was trained in private schools in Greece, enriching her knowledge in various modules, such as: Functional training, Trx, Bosu, Cross training, fitness aerobics, personal training and alternative forms of exercise.
Natasa is actively involved in bathing coaching, she has been specializing in baby swimming and she has worked with sports clubs in the city and she also undertakes personal training and personal training in water.
As a graduate of Physical Education, she has the education, the appropriate knowledge, and the love for the subject of the sport. He wants and can transplant them to people who want to exercise in the context of health and well-being, as it is generally accepted that exercise is a social and biological need for man.
