STRESS CENTER in Thessaloniki is a pioneering center of scientific specialization in stress-related disorders in Greece. The center offers specialized interdisciplinary treatment of the full range of related disorders and symptoms for patients in an individual and group setting.The new mums support group seeks to help mother and baby bond emotionally and educate about improving maternal mental health. It can also provide relief, provide the opportunity to communicate with other parents and become the beginning of a "community" where each mother can receive and give advice and ideas, gain new tools for managing her multiple roles, share feelings and experiences and to be surrounded by "allies" who listen, respect and support her.The Stress Center is offering 10% off every group session for their mum support group.
The group is aimed at mothers of children aged 0 to 2 years
8 two-hour group sessions, coordinated by a psychiatrist -
psychotherapist with open discussions and experiential games.
Every second Saturday 11.00-13.00pm and 13.00-15.00pm
