Our Team

Penelope Tourtoura was born in Thessaloniki in 1990. She graduated from the American College of Thessaloniki (Anatolia) and then from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Special Physical Education and Therapeutic Gymnastics.

Menelaos Palaiodimopoulos was born in Thessaloniki in 1981 and graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (TEFAA) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Basketball and Closed Space Activities (Aerobic Gymnastics - Nutrition).

Dimitris Kyfonidis was born in Thessaloniki in 1999. He studies at the department of Physical Education and Sports Science in Thessaloniki.

Mary was born in 1999 in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the department of physical education and sports science of the Aristotle university of Thessaloniki.

Lina Kalpakidi was born in 1987 in Berlin,Germany and lived there since the age of eight.She graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a specialization in Winter sports,Mountaineering and Climbing

Maria Frantzana was born and grew up in Serres, from a young age he was involved in sports and specifically swimming . She came to Thessaloniki in 2011 to study at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and graduated in 2016 with a specialization in swimming. She has been working professionally with fitness since 2015 and her great love is Pilates. 

George Vasileiadis was born in Thessaloniki in 1993. Since he was young, he engaged in sports, mostly in swimming and football and worked as coach in football academies in 2011-2013. In 2015 he graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Kelly Karatheodorou was born in Thessaloniki in 1991. She graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki majoring in Greek Traditional Dance and Kinesiology of Rehabilitation.

Despoina Peponidou was born in Thessaloniki in 1995. Her interest in gymnastics began at a very young age. She was involved in classical and technical swimming where he was the holder of 3rd Panhellenic awards.

Rania Sideri, born in 1997 in Thessaloniki, is a Pilates Instructor. She is studying coaching at IEK Alpha in his 3rd year.  She went through many sports from childhood to her teenage years such as rhythmic, tennis, basketball and track.  She is also certified by studio one by omega fitness academy in the fields of Personal training, trx, bosu, Pilates mat & props 500h, yoga alliance rys 200.

Sophie was born in Serres in 1992. She had graduated from the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki -  specialized in Greek Traditional Dance and Sports Marketing - Outdoor  Activities.

Vassilis Panagiotopoulos was born in Thessaloniki in 1996. He studied Sports Coaching and Physical Education (BSc) in Thessaloniki,and Human Movement Sciences (MSc) in Maastricht with Health and Rehabilitation specialization.
