Simos Petsis was born in Kavala in 1989. From an early age he has been involved in sports as a gymnast and later as a track and field athlete. He graduated in 2011 from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the Democritus University of Thrace, majoring in Instrumental Gymnastics.
He has been professionally involved in fitness since 2012.
In 2014, he started studying at the private school Studio One in Educational Diplomas Yoga, Pilates, Group Exercise Leader.
In 2020 he became a teacher in the Yoga Diploma at Studio One Thessaloniki.
In 2021 & 2022 he collaborated with the Olympic Sports Committee in sports programs and integration of refugees into the society of Kavala.
From 2021-2024 he was preparing students for the Security Forces entrance exams.
In 2024 he attended an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga training course by Manju Jois & the Panhellenic Ashtanga Yoga Association in Greece.
He follows the motto "move it or lose it" and tries to inspire it in the trainees.
