Penelope Tourtoura was born in Thessaloniki in 1990. She graduated from the American College of Thessaloniki (Anatolia) and then from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Special Physical Education and Therapeutic Gymnastics.
She is the holder of the Postgraduate Diploma "Exercise and Quality of Life" and "Physical Activity and Recreation Sports", specialty of the Department of Physical Education and Sport of the Democritus University of Thrace in collaboration with the University of Thessaly.
She has also been trained in fitness private schools in Greece and abroad, enriching her knowledge in diplomas such as: Pilates mat, mini props, equipment, Aerial Yoga, Fertility Yoga, Prenatal - Postnatal Fitness, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Body Art, Zumba.
Penelope is a recognized and acclaimed personal trainer. Since 2011 she has been actively engaged in fitness and has collaborated with famous gyms in the city. From 2015 to 2016 she worked as a Pilates Mat / Mini props / Reformer assistant instructor at Studio One Thessaloniki. From 2016 until 2018 she was responsible for the Pilates Mat / Reformer educational program at IEK AKMI Thessaloniki, where she continues to work until today.
A strong believer in the benefits of systematic exercise for both physical and mental health and well-being, she is willing to offer her knowledge and experience of specialized physical activity to a wide range of trainees.
