Despoina Peponidou was born in Thessaloniki in 1995. Her interest in gymnastics began at a very young age. She was involved in classical and technical swimming where he was the holder of 3rd Panhellenic awards.
She is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Serres) with a specialization in swimming.
She also holds a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the International University of Greece.
At the same time, she has been trained in private Fitness schools in Greece in diplomas such as: Related mat, Mini Props, Equipment, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Aqua Therapy, Watsu and baby swimming.
Since 2016, she has collaborated with well-known gyms and physical therapy centers in the city. From 2019-2022 she worked at Dei College as a professor in the undergraduate courses of the School of Physical Education and Sports, as well as from 2022 she is a professor in the field of Health and Sports at IEK DELTA 360o.
