Mary was born in 1999 in Thessaloniki.
She graduated from the department of physical education and sports science of the Aristotle university of Thessaloniki.
Her passion about sports started at the age of seven when she started track and field as a sprinter. Now she has four pan-Hellenic medals and 3 participations at Greece-Cyprus championships. She has also been a volleyball and swimming athlete at the same time.
She has a Pilates certification and she teaches Pilates, functional training and cross training.
Her thoughts, that sports teaches you life and she wishes for all people include them in their lives .
