Tsogia Stamatina was born in Thessaloniki in 2000. She graduated from the 7th General High School of Kalamaria and then from the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Aristotle University in Serres (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), specializing in Gymnastics.
At the same time, she attained courses at the Studio One Sports & Fitness School, enriching her knowledge and obtaining certifications such as: Pilates mat, Pilates mini props, Pilates equipment, (Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair), Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and Rehab. She has also attended numerous workshops in the field of "Health and Fitness".
Currently, she works as a Pilates instructor in Thessaloniki, undertaking the personalized training of a diverse clientele, of all fitness levels.
Her involvement in fitness dates back to a very young age, fueled by her years as a championship rhythmic gymnast from 2007 to 2012. Concurrently, she has cultivated a lifelong dedication to dance, starting in 2003 and continuing today as both a student and teacher of various styles, including classical ballet, hip-hop, breakdance, contemporary, experimental, Latin, commercial, heels, and traditional dances.
Driven by a passion for sharing her fitness knowledge and continuing her own learning journey, she strives to inspire others to love fitness as much as she does.
