The new mothers support group helps strengthen the mother-infant bond, promotes maternal mental health, and provides a space to connect with other parents. Participants can share experiences, gain new coping tools, and build a supportive community.

Target: Mothers of children aged 0–2 years
Format: 8 two-hour group sessions led by a psychiatrist-psychotherapist, including open discussions and experiential activities.
